At Ring, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with your home protection products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your device, along with all original cables, mounts, and accessories, back into its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
